What a big boy!
On Tuesday Parker and I had our last appointment with Donnellynn. It was sad to say goodbye but we plan on going to some classes at the birthing center real soon so its not officially goodbye yet. Even if it was I can't wait to be pregnant and go through the whole process again. I know I am crazy! Blake on the other hand is not ready for that yet but we do want our kids close together so we shall see what happens in the next year or two! I have already decided my next birth will be at home and of course I will use Donnellynn again! She was absolutely great and I couldn't have done it without her. so much love!
Donnellynn weighed Parker and he weights 13 pounds 10.5 ounces...chub chub! He is 22 1/2 inches long. My last stats were wrong a few weeks back, that's what happens when you try to measure him on your own. He is so much fun and I love every minute of our time together!

12 weeks old
Wow time has just flown by. Parker is 12 weeks old tomorrow. He is our pride and joy! He now weights between 12-13 pounds and is about 24 inches long, or shall I say short. He has a cute round pop belly and monster rolls on his legs. He is addicted to smiling and when he smiles eyes disappear. He loves to talk (coo) at us and he holds his head up so good...what a strong boy. Starting around 6 weeks he starting sleeping 4-5 hours straight and now he is pulling 7-10 hour nights! Mommy and Daddy sure love it. Now if he doesn't eat every 3.5-4 hours he doesn't sleep well at all, so I always make sure he has a full tummy during the day.
I am back at work so Parker gets to spend his days at Grandma and Grandpa Gonzalez's house. I am sure he gets spoiled over there and is held all day long. Being away from him is so hard but the smiles he gives me when I get home make me forget how bad it stinks. I am just thankful my boss let me cut back my hours to spend more time with my family. Our plan is for me to stay home with him really soon...keep the prayers coming that everything works out.
I finally hit the gym last Tuesday...I survived running a full mile! I couldn't have done it without Alycia. I still can't fit into any of my old jeans and who know if I ever will. My hips just don't feel the same. Maybe after I loose the last 8 pounds I will try again if they don't fit I see a shopping spree in my future!
I can't wait to start having play dates with all of Parker's new friends!

Parker's baby blessing
At our church (Church of Jesus Christ Latter Day Saints) we baptize our children when they are eight years old. While they are babies their fathers give them a blessing for many great things. Blake did a wonderful job today!
I don't think we are suppose to record it but my friend Aycia did. She typed it up for us to THANKS!

Our most gracious Heavenly Father, in the name of Jesus Christ, and by the authority of the Melchizedek Priesthood which we hold, we take this baby into our arms, and give him a blessing and a name that he shall be known as throughout his life as Parker Kenneth Jenkins. Parker, your Heavenly Father loves you and is proud of you and the decision that you made to come to earth at a time when the gospel is at its fullest. Parker, we bless you that you will continue to grow healthy and strong and that as you grow, that you will be a light and example to all your friends and family and those around you. Parker we bless you that you will be able to follow the gospel and live the commandments and make the right choices throughout your life. We bless you that as you grow you will serve the Lord as well as others and those in need. Parker, as you grow, one day you will be able to find a wife of your own, and we bless you that when that day comes, that you will be able to find a righteous wife and be able to have kids of your own. Parker, as you go through your life you will have trials and tribulations and we bless you that you will be able to get through them using the scriptures, as well as prayer. Parker, your father and mother love you very much and we seal these blessings upon you and any others that your Heavenly Father would have you receive at this time in the name of Jesus Christ, Amen.
Welcom Devin Lee Elliott
Congrats to James, Rachel and Ethan.
Our family is growing! Rachel gave birth to a Healthy baby boy named Devin. He was born December 31, 2010 at 6:03 pm. Weighed 7 pounds 3 ounces and I believe he was 19 3/4 inches long. He looks just like Rachel and she is stoked! He has dirty blond hair and has the sweetest cry! I'm sure mom and dad wont think that in a few days! Ethan already loves his baby brother but is determined not to lose any attention.
2 months
I am falling behind let me catch everyone up!
Parker is now 2 months old. On Monday the 27th he weighed 11 pounds 4 ounces and I am sure by now he weighs a full 12. What a big boy! He is full of smiles and very vocal now. He grabs his hands and kicks at his toys under his jungle gym. He can turn to his back if he is on his side and really wants to roll over but can't just yet. He loves sucking on his hands and fingers, occasionally we find him sucking his thumb. He is the drool master, out of nowhere he just started drooling like crazy. If you haven't seem him lately he has some rolls, he is just soooo cute!
Hopefully I am not missing anything! enjoy some pictures!
